" Kannawidan Festival "

Ilocos Sur Provincial Government headed by the good Governor Honorable Luis 'Chavit' Singson sponsored the Kannawidan Festival showcasing the Ilocano culture in the form of songs,dances,sports,Ilocano products and delicasies and most of all our religious activities which started January 31 to February 6 2011.The week long celebration started with a con celebrated was followed by a procession of all the devotees of the different images of Blessed Virgin Mary.It is nice to see the revival of our culture.

" Vigan City Fiesta "

Every 25th of January we biguenos celebrating the feast of Vigan,our patron st.Paul.This occasion is one of the most special to us.Many days preparation in this event.All the teachers and some students of the different schools in Vigan had their parade.At night there are a lot of happenings,a lot of artist came to gave happiness to the biguenos. Also we cannot forget the street dancing the longganisa festival,different schools participated in this event.And there is no doubt it was perfect.I am really proud that I am a bigueno.

This third grading period,I can say that i learned a lot,like making web design.Also encountered some challenges Its hard for me to think a good idea for my blog.But i exerted more effort to completed my grades and I will get high grades.

New Year New Me

It always a tradition to have a New Year's Resolution.So this year 2011,I would like to resolve many things in me.From my daily allowance I make sure not to spend all.I have to save at least ten pesos a day.I will just mix fruit juice available at home and make home made sandwiches for my snacks in school.I have to wake up early and cooked my packed lunch.I will minimize unnecessary expenditures like loads and accessories.In this ways I can sure I will have a new image at home.A new me.

Essence of Christmas

What is the first thing that comes to your mind if we are talking about Christmas? For me the first thing that comes to my mind is all about gifts,when I was a kid,when the Christmas is near I was very excited because I know that I will be receiving again gifts from my ninongs and ninangs.But the years past I now realized that not only gifts is the real meaning of Christmas.The essence of Christmas is all about love and sharing,give love on Christmas day and its time to us to forgive and make peace with our enemy.

Look our society today a lot of crimes ,isn't?In order to stop this doings we need to have peace and unity here in our society so that we can achieve the society that we are dreaming for.Try to think of it,if we have this,maybe there would be no a lot of crimes here in our society.If we really want to have a peaceful society we should have a good relationship by the other people surrounds us.We need also cooperation in order to have a good and better society.This thing can bring us to a better society.

My Sembreak

Sembreak is very important to me because it's a very long vacation and I can do what ever I want because i had a lot of time to do what ever I liked. Also I had a lot of time to hang out with my cousins.One week vacation I also spend my time by cleaning our house because for the past few days I was totally busy for the second grading period.I can say that I enjoyed my one week vacation because I did a lot of things and it's worth it.
